Online Chat
You can chat with other members. You can initiate a chat by clicking the "Talk Online" button in a member's Profile page. If the member is
online, it will so indicate above the photo. If the member is not online, "Talk Online" button will not be displayed.
You can also start a chat from "Who's Online" or any other Search Results pages.
You will see a link "Talk online with this person" in the Search Results listings.
 this icon in the Search Results identify those members currently online.
